MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Contact us at [email protected].
SHIPPING POLICY

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

SEVERABILITY
In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction finds any term or clause in this Agreement to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the same will not have an impact on other terms or clauses in the Agreement or the entire Agreement. However, such a term or clause may be revised to the extent required according to the opinion of the court to render the Agreement enforceable or valid, and the rights and responsibilities of the parties shall be interpreted and enforced accordingly, so as to preserve their agreement and intent to the fullest possible extent.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
By purchasing or using any Product from ReorderSupply.com, purchasers and users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Illinois and that any legal action arising out of or related to the purchase or use of the Products shall be brought in the state and federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

FUTURE ORDERS NOT DIRECTLY ONLINE
When you accept these terms through an online order you also accept these terms for all future orders by not by internet, such as by text, phone, in person, or by mail. These current terms supersede any previous agreed to terms. In other words the most recent terms you agreed to online (these terms) are the legal terms for any orders placed not directly online.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
